Canva’s social platform, Signal, will begin offering an advertising-free version of its Twitter client on Wednesday, according to a regulatory filing.
The social network is offering an “ad-free” version that includes ads and the ability to disable certain features to reduce usage.
The app has already seen some limited growth on the app store, according with the filing.
Canva is a subsidiary of Canva Media, which is owned by Twitter.
Its Twitter client will be available for Android, iOS and desktop, according the filing, which was obtained by Bloomberg.
The company has been focused on growing the advertising revenue on its platforms, and the company has not disclosed the revenue it’s expected to make from Twitter ad revenue.
The mobile apps were launched in January 2017.
The platform offers more than 50 apps for the mobile platform and includes apps for music, sports, entertainment and commerce.
